How to Earn $1200 or More in Affiliate Programs Every Month. Useful Tips.

Partnership commissions in computer program sales (e.g., anti-virus programs), for example, can reach 50%. Additionally, there are good commission fees in advertising sales (although this business is already saturated) and adult-oriented business, where the earnings are legendary but business has long exceeded the saturation point.

Let’s talk about some relatively new forms of affiliate programs. I’ve been involved with this type of activity for the past six months or so, but the job doesn’t consume much of my time and I’m more than happy with my income. It really is a home business. I work with--and therefore recommend--companies that provide financial services, particularly those in the Forex market.

The advantages of this activity are easy to see: Virtually any company is willing to pay you a lifetime award for attracting a customer. Regardless of how long the client conducts trades, I get a fee from each of his or her deals.

Let me be more specific: If we consider the structure of the dealing centers (companies that provide services in the Forex market), that structure can be divided into two unequal groups: those that provide micro-accounts (from $1) and those who do not provide them. I recommend relying on the former group exclusively, because it’s much easier to attract the client to such dealing centers ($1 isn’t the same as $200) but the revenues are nearly equal. Virtually all people who start with small deposits will increase them rapidly, and consequently they'll start bring you considerable income.

There are different types of affiliate programs: Some companies pay a bonus (one-time payment) for each new client, and others make payments from each deal made by the client you’ve attracted. The companies that pay bonuses usually have additional requirements regarding the size of the deposit to be made by the client thus acquired. The standard deposit requirement is $1000. In this case you’ll receive a $50 bonus. However, as I've stated previously, it’s difficult to find the client who is willing to deposit such an amount. Moreover, the bonus payment to you is made just once. After that, you’ll receive nothing.

Other companies offer a commission fee from each deal made by the client, and as a result you’ll receive commissions during the entire time the trader is active. This gives you an opportunity to build a stable profit, which is why I recommend that kind of affiliate program.

However, let's stop for a moment and compare the above two variants of commission payments. First, imagine that someone has opened an account through your link and deposited $1000 into his trading account. In the first variant you would automatically get a $50 bonus. Now, let's assume that, according to your affiliate program, you receive a commission fee (1 pip) from each deal made by the client. For instance, if that individual opens a trade on EURUSD, you’ll get a commission equal to 1 pip. A pip in this case (1 lot) is equal to $10. Considering the fact that an average client trades more than 1 lot per day, this variant is more advantageous because it will create a continuous income source.

Let’s compare some of the dealing centers with which I’ve worked. In this comparison there will be Forex brokers having micro-accounts (with trades starting at $1, the minimum deposit is equal to $1) as well as the Forex broker that doesn't provide micro-accounts:

Let's calculate the profit:

With Forex.com you’ll receive $50 if you acquire a person who makes a deposit of $1000 (as the minimum). On average, I can say it’s most likely that one would invite four such clients per month. So, for the first three months you’ll get $600.

With Profiforex.com you’ll get 1 pip from each deal made by the client thus attracted (in other words, 10 cents from deal equal to 1 micro-lot) and you’ll get 0.7 pip in Fx Optimax.

Let's assume that the average client makes one deal per day (beginners make about 10 deals per day, but usually the size of each deal is smaller). The average size of one deal is 3 micro-lots. So, you’ll get about 30 cents per day, or $7 per month, from every client thus acquired. (For Fx Optimax the commission fee will be 1.3 – 1.4 times less.)

Moreover, as the client gains experience the size of his deals becomes equal to 100-1000 micro-lots. So, you’ll receive from $10 to $100 from each deal. (However, one shouldn’t expect every client to reach that level.)

Accordingly, if you attract a new client once every two days, you’ll have 12 clients for the first month. In the second month you’ll have 20 clients (given that some clients leave the market). After three months you’ll have approximately 30 clients (but those clients will become more experienced and will bring you greater profits), and your income will be approximately $400. So, for the first three months you'll receive $680.

Now I have approximately 150 clients spread across a variety of dealing centers. These clients bring me $1,200 to $1,500 per month. In fact, I don’t have to do anything to receive that money, because I’ve already attracted them to the business.

These clients will continue to bring me profit for a long time to come. Looking back at the past, I would say that a few months’ work has created the ability to generate at least $1,200 per month, with no further effort on my part.

If we talk about the choice between these three Forex brokers, I would say the difference lies only in the calculation of commission fees. In Forex.com you get instant cash. Please note that in Forex.com you may only attract those individuals with whom you have a personal or business relationship. It’s necessary to establish relationships first and then send inquiries to Forex.com. I think this affiliate program is very good for experienced partners. In Fx Optimax there is no such issue, but for your referrals you’ll receive a commission fee that’s 1,3 times less than in Profiforex.

I prefer to work with these three Forex brokers. I really like Forex.com and Fx Optimax, although I feel more comfortable working with Profiforex.

I advise you to start with micro-Forex, because it’s the best and easiest way to enter the market.

How does one start in this business?

You must open a trading account with your preferred dealing center in order to become one of its partners. Don’t worry, though, because it won't cost you a penny. Simply fill out the form on the website. The process takes no more than five minutes in any of these dealing centers.

The next step is to recommend that dealing center to everyone.

If you own a website, you can simply insert a banner that promotes the dealing center. It’s more profitable than selling advertising space on your site, but it isn’t as effective as a covert advertising method.

One of the most effective means of promotion is to create thematic links with your referral number on websites and forums. No, I'm not suggesting that you conduct spam. That is strictly prohibited. In fact, if the presence of spam is proved, you’ll be excluded from the affiliate program and lose all your referrals! I recommend that you leave only links that are related to the subject of the website or to the section in which the links are inserted.

My usual practice has been to join a discussion and then, after a couple of posts, say, "Look, I’ve found a suitable material" and then provide a link to the page. It’s obvious that my interlocutor will click the link, and it might also intrigue anyone else who reads the discussion. So, if you visit such a link, you’ll become my client.
