They are delicious, they are beautiful! They might cheer you up and give meaning to the life. No, really! I don’t know a single guy or girl who doesn’t adore cupcakes. They're always excellent for any kind of events and celebrations. They are always a good idea when you want to take a bite. You can’t resist the beautiful decorations, the amazing flavor and the awesome taste. Now I’m going to share with you my best cupcake formula. For 12 cupcakes you will need: 3 eggs 1/2 cups butter room temperature 1 teacup sugar 1 teacup flour 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup milk A have got a tiny magic when I make cupcakes. I mix the dry ingredients separately from the others. What I mean? First of all you mix the sugar, the flour, the baking powder and the vanilla. Next you mix eggs, the butter and the milk. At last you combine the the two mixes. I don’t like to work with mixer. I like to mix the ingredients by hand with a wooden spoon. Of course if you prefer you can use mixing machine. Don't forget to mix up softly. Pour into prepared pans and bake 20 minutes in preheat oven to one hundred and eighty degrees. You have to cool them completely before decorating. Otherwise your decoration will melt. The decoration is the most interesting but at the same time the most problematic thing of preparing cupcakes. You have to get a few decorating bags with different nozzles. You can use whatever cream you prefer. You also could fill the cupcakes with cream and cover them with a glaze. You can use different flavors and mix different tastes. Here are some fantastic cupcakes by Martha Stewart. You can decorate your cupcakes depending on the occasion. Create pumpkin cupcakes for Halloween, Christmas cupcakes, birthday cupcakes, red velvet cupcakes for Valentine’s day and etc. You just have to free your imagination. You might also try with some different flavors. Use pumpkin, bacon, alcohol or make cheesecake cupcakes. Whatever you decide to do, remember they should be made with love. This is the most important element. Well, we all know just how delicious is the result. But there may be one more thing we leave behind us in the kitchen. The chaos! Now you have to clean the kitchen because there is a flour everywhere. You have eggshells on the ground, decorating cream all over the table and dirty pots and pans everywhere. At times it is tougher to clean right after baking rather than the cooking itself. But don’t worry, I have a few really helpful cleaning tips for you.
