Dr Who is an amazing British cult icon - he uses his brains, and is aggressively, intelligently lovable. He's also intensely knowledgeable about the places he ends up, paying attention to his surroundings. He's a people expert, that can read verbal and non verbal queues with ease. He's charismatic, and creates attention wherever he goes, but can get into the things he needs to - assuming characters, or hiding in the shadows until he can make his move.
