I was watching the news last night and I was astounded to see that only a few days ago we were hit by another major solar flare that the largest we’ve seen in almost 7 years. It was so large that 2 major airlines, Delta and United, were forced to reroute their flights in an attempt to avoid potential danger to the planes instrument panels as well as their passengers for fear of radiation poisoning.
