Maybe it's because I'm not much of a cook, but I love eating out compared to cooking my own meals. I spend so much money in restaurants and on fast food, it's a miracle I ever have any money at all.
The amount of money I spend in a week on fast food and in restaurants could pay for at least a months worth in groceries, probably more.
I don't know what it is, but to me, a home cooked meal doesn't even come close to one bought in a restaurant.
