I just became aware of this terrific creative idea - a new product where the vendor ships to you all the stuff you need to make a fancy schmancy meal, packaged with wholesale dvds that walk you through the complete cooking process. My favorite thing about this concept is not necessarily the extras in the package but the video instruction. I'm no Iron Chef and those cooking shows go so fast that you can't really even follow them. A digital video will allow you go at your own pace.
