The Miami real estate market keeps showing signals of recuperation. It looks like we finally hit the bottom of the market prices and from there we can only go up. The real estate market continued its impressive recovery in the last twelve months, the property prices are going up and it’s getting hot. The median resale price of a house went up 23.7 % to $225,000 compared to April last year’s prices, according to the Miami association of Realtors. The median resale price for a Miami condo went up 17.1% in the last 12 months to $175,000. The market slowly is getting strong again, and Miami home owners are feeling more comfortable to list their properties with a Miami real estate agent and get near asking price for them. Properties are selling faster this year compared with 2012. The day on the market went down 12.5% compared to 2012, some properties are selling in less than a week, Miami Realtor said. Some homes are getting multiple offers and ending selling above appraisal value cause of the lack of inventory available to sell.
