I do not want to sound like an unhappy camper at a camp ground called Google and/or Youtube. Google owns youtube and approves everything it does or does not do. So with that in mind I would like to explain what I believe Youtube and Google is doing to Honest Online Marketers who DO NOT SPAM anyone by just putting their Youtube videos in their Blogs. It just is NOT RIGHT for Youtube to Flag a person video that has been on their Youtube Channel for 8 years and then all of a sudden flag it without stating why they did it SPECIFICALLY. Sure Youtube/Google will say "see our Community Guideline" for the rules. However, this keeps you quessing WHY they Flagged one of your videos. Then when they Flag your video they say you can "APPEAL" their decision since their people are human and sometimes make MISTAKES. so you look for the "APPEAL" BUTTON as indicated by Youtubes Description and Picture of where the APPEAL BUTTON" is at on the WARNING PAGE OR YOUR CHANNEL SETTING, BUT "'THE APPEAL BUTTON IS NOT THERE". So now you have to way to APPEAL the decision some FLAG HAPPY Youtube employee has done to make sure Youtube thinks heor she is doing their Job. When a person has a video on their channel for 8 years and only put it on one own blogs without any problems for 8 years and then all of a sudden within a 2 month period Youtube is Flagging your old videos or videos you no longer use, THE PROBLEM IS WITH YOUTUBE and GOOGLE. Google and or Youtube has hired the WRONG PEOPLE to monitor their videos. Sure Youtube should flag some rockstar or person calling other people every curse word in the book ( or) nude or porn videos. This is to be expected when people put up Porn or Cusing other out. But, not a basic video explaining how a person can make a few dollars for the rest of their life. And if they are saying it is SPAMMY, then Google and Youtube HAS A NEW WAY OF LOOKING AT SPAM. Spam is "FORCING" a person to look at a video or email THEY DO NOT WANT TO SEE. But, in Google's eyes SPAM IS ANY VIDEO MARKETING SOMETHING "WITHOUT GOOGLE BEING INVOLVED". WHAT YOU SAY? Yes it is true, Google does not like to be left out of the Online Marketing Scheme because Google is NOT MAKING MONEY when a Marketer leaves Google out of the picture. So Google ( Youtube ) fights back by making up UNSPECIFIC RULES to attack the online marketer. Once Youtube has put Your Name or youtube Channel on THEIR "HIT LIST", it is only a matter of time before they TERMINATE YOUR YOUTUBE ACCOUNT. However, their are somethings you can do to slow the YOUTUBE FLAG HAPPY EMPLOYEE down. If you have gotten a flag on one of your videos and you really can not figure out how in the hell did Youtube reason to Flag your video then the First thing to do is to MAKE ALL YOUR UPLOADED VIDEOS "UNLISTED" By doing this one thing "proves" you are NOT SPAMMING. If you get a second flag, after 2 weeks Youtube is suppose to put your channel back up on the Internet. Once they do that, you will have to download all your videos you want to keep to your PC. You can download now a site called "DOWNLOADHELPER" by going to "CNET" and by putting in CNET's search box "downloadhelper". they have a FIREFOX and CHROME version. Once you have downloaded all your videos to your PC, you will have to upload them to another video website like "VIMEO"http://tinyurl.com/vimeo32901 or "DAILYMOTION". You should do this anyway to get past Youtube's 6 month FLAG PERIOD. Once you get past the 6 month Flag period then you can relax about Youtube Flagging your videos. However, if this TREND AT YOUTUBE keeps happening then it is just wiser going somewhere else. GOOGLE/YOUTUBE is just HURTING THEMSELVES by Black Listing Honest marketers who do NOT SPAM and are successful with the Youtube videos on their Blogs. Yes, they have good Blogs NOT SPAMMY videos. Something Youtube and Google employees can not get into their heads. To all the HONEST MARKETERS WHO DO NOT SPAM, Keep up the fight and never stop doing the RIGHT WAY OF MARKETING. Google sometimes forgets it started with only 4 computers and a $100,000 investment from an investor. Google forgets it's HUMBLE BEGINNINGS, but will knock other who are trying to do the same thing. Most of Google and Youtubes employees do not know this information I have just stated in this paragraph. We really do not like talking bad about the Big Dogs ( Google and Youtube ), but when the Big dogs bite the wrong people something will be said. Eventually Google Basic functions like GMAIL, IGOOGLE, ect will go this way of nailing Honest Online Marketers, so you need a BACKUP PLAN. Once you are Google's Black "BAD BOY" LIST it is just a matter of time until they Suspend your account permanently. It is very Sad Google has hired people who take this route in the name of "SAVING GOOGLE" or "DOING THEIR JOB". These employees are only destroying Google.
