One of the best ways to generate mass amounts of traffic on the internet is with articles, throughout this post I will share with you some Article Marketing Tips that if used correctly can skyrocket your search engine rankings and give you all the traffic that you will need, free from the search engine. The most important thing that you need to start with is writing a quality article and posting it on your own domain (blog). You should write a 100% completely unique article and post it to your own domain. You should write about whatever niche market your blog is targeting and right specific, relevant content to that market. Once you have posted it to your blog Google will track the article to your website and will recognise you as the original author of it. This is hugely important to the success of your marketing campaign because when you get other articles linking back to it, Google will realise that you are the authority on that topic and will credit you by ranking your personal website higher in the search results. Every one of your articles should target one specific keyword in your niche that receives a good amount of traffic and doesn't have too many competitors in the in the search results. To find how many searches a keyword receives I would recomend using the Google Keyword Tool, it is Google's own tool that they use to track the number of searches a month that every individual keyword gets. Just search keyword tool in Google and it will be the first one that comes up. After you have finished posting your article to your blog you should then rewrite it. It is essential you do this because you don't want to submit the exact same article over and over to the article directories. Many article directories today won't even allow you to submit your article if it is the same as another that is found somewhere on the internet. So to make sure that you don't get banned from the article sites you just need to rewrite some of the content form your article, just enough to make it read a little bit different. (Make sure that you don't just spin the article as this often doesn't work.) The are many article directories out there that will allow you to submit your high quality articles to them. Once you have uploaded your article you can write an author bio box. This is just a short description of you and this is also were you will put a link back to your original article. This will help you in two ways. 1. it will get you more traffic from people reading your article and clicking through to your site. 2. It will provide you with a good quality backlink that will help you rank easier in the search engines. It may take a couple of days for the article directory to approve your article, but when it has been approved you will be able to start backlinking the article. Why is this important? Simply because even though the article sites usually have a good Page Rank (this means Google trusts them and thinks that theyy are good reputable source. It also means that links from these sites are worth more than other less quality links) the articles backlink can be made even more powerful by sending backlinks to it. You should spin your rewritten article using something like the Best Spinner and then submit them to thousands of other article directories. Using a tool for this step can help you get lots of backlinks very quickly. Submitting this many articles by hand would take you days and doesn't really give you any added benefit SEO wise. The spun articles should all then link back to your articles on the article directories. You could send them directly to your blog article, however it is like sending a thousand weak backlinks to your website. When if you send them to your article directory one you will have one high page rank backlink which in my eyes works better than one thousand weak backlinks. If you do this method you also don't run the risk of being slapped by Google. Obviously this strategy doesn't happen overnight and it may take weeks for you to notice your rankings increasing, however it will be well worth the effort when the traffic starts coming flooding in.
