1. Shrimad bhagwad geeta: the essence of Hinduism
November 07, 2009
The Bhagavad- Gita is considered by eastern and western scholars alike to be among the greatest spiritual books the world has ever known. In a very clear and wonderful way the Supreme Lord Krishna describes the science of self-realization and the exact process by which a human being can establish their eternal relationship with God. In terms of pure, spiritual knowledge the Bhagavad- Gita is incomparable. The primary purpose of the Bhagavad- Gita is to illuminate for all of humanity the realization of the true nature of divinity; for the highest spiritual conception and the greatest material p... 3. The Lord Loves Us by Rodney Howard Browne
November 06, 2009
Isn't God gracious? We have got a Lord who knows our hearts, knows our thoughts, and knows our fears. When Moses had left Egypt forty years before there were those who sought his life. He was potentially featured at the apex of the Egyptian version of The 10 Most Wanted list.he used to be a family man now, headin' west with the better half and kids, and that potential danger must've been weighing on his mind. But when he finally made the choice to embrace God's will, he concerned to make the journey notwithstanding those concerns. He revealed to the Lord, in reality'Lord, I'm going to tr... (read more)

4. The True Phone of a Woman: Vodafone VF533 Lady
November 06, 2009
What is the essence of being a woman? This was the big winning question Sushmita Sen had during the 1994 Ms. Universe Pageant in which she acquired the title, and also a subject which most of me and my mate's disputes roots from. Taking On religion matters is really not one of my all-powerful points but just to find out what the true essence of being a woman is, we can trace everything back to when God made Adam and Eve. Eve was made out of the flesh of man which is Adam. The form was acquired from his ribs, under his ribcage to be always well-kept and near his heart to be constantly best-lov... (read more)

5. Loving of Wellness by Rodney Howard Browne
November 06, 2009
The sovereign God of Israel was intimately concerned in Joseph's life. He gave him facility in the Egyptian language. On top of all that, he gave him favor in the eyes of Potiphar. Glaringly, God was the secret of Joseph's success. With bigger success comes bigger measures of trust, which, BTW, lead to bigger times of unguarded weakness. We may expect enticement in the days of prosperity and ease rather than in those of privation and grind. Not on the glacier slopes of the Alps, but in the bright fields of the Campagna ; not when the youth is climbing arduously the steep ladder of celeb... (read more)

7. Finding Jesus by Rodney Howard Browne
November 06, 2009
Joseph's life offers us an amazing portrayal of the grace of The Lord God as He came to our rescue in the Person of His Boy, Jesus. And rather than experiencing punishment, which we basically merit, we are sitting at His table and served more than we will be able to ever take in. So we hopelessly plead our case, only to have Him talk kindly to us-promising us peace in our own language. We then attempt to ward off His fury by negotiating with Him, thinking our tough work and sincere efforts will pay Him back for all those noxious past deeds we are guilty of. What we were thinking of was ea... (read more)

9. The Instrument of God by Rodney Howard Browne
November 06, 2009
God was pronouncing to his servant,'Moses, you simply go before Pharaoh and deliver the products. Just be conscious of that even his uncooperative, hardened heart isn't outside My will.' In the following verse, the Lord gave Moses categorical instructions of what to claim when he rammed into that brick wall. 'Then you shall say to Pharaoh, 'Thus claims the LORD,'Israel is My boy, My first-born. So I made public to you, 'Let My boy go, that he may serve Me' ; but you have refused to allow him go. Behold, I may kill your child, your firstborn' ' ( Exodus 4:22-23 ). To put it into the vernac... (read more)

13. The Unique Individual by Rodney Howard Browne
November 05, 2009
Where had he gone wrong? He had taken God at His word, stood before Pharaoh, and repeated-almost word perfectly-what God had ordered him to say. He claimed the right words, at the right time, to the right person, spoken in the correct way. The folks he had longed to help ( for over 40 years ) were now cursing him for enlarging their difficulties and misery. you did the right things in the best way but somebody misread you, reading motives into your acts or words that you never intended. 14. One Lonely Day by Rodney Howard Browne
November 05, 2009
From a human viewpoint, this was a fabulous start to a new time. But from the Lord God's perspective, this was a gloomy day. His folk had defied Him as king, replacing Him with someone as electrifying as a hunky silver screen star. Unlike all those entertaining folks, God knew this wasn't the start of Israel's glory days. He had demonstrated himself to be a brave and able warrior, an able general, and a powerful leader. When the Ammonites attacked, he acted decisively and strongly, and he did so with respect. But do not forget this story is a crisis. This is a roofline life, and Saul ha... (read more)

16. Doing it by Yourselves by Rodney Howard Browne
November 05, 2009
It was Aaron who got impatient while Moses was on the mountain and made a golden calf for the people to worship. It was he who informed the people,'This is your god, O Israel, who brought you up from the land of Egypt' ( Exodus 32:4 ). As you read these words, you will sense God's elbow to step out on religion in a plan that appears perilous at best. You do not know the hows and whys and wherefores of what God has in mind. From a human perspective, the prospects look rather sheer. Did you know what our bias is? It's to take someone with us. how many men have gone into a business partne... (read more)

17. Goliath SUV Knight XV is Out
November 05, 2009
The Toyota Land Cruiser is called the ‘King of SUVs.’ If that’s true, then Hummer is the emperor of SUVs. If that is the case, where should we place the latest SUV, the Knight XV? Well, then we have to term the Knight XV as the God of SUVs! I can read your mind, dude. You must be thinking that I am joking, but I am very serious. Let me make things simpler and clearer for you to understand. Imagine a lightweight boxer standing beside a heavyweight boxer and a WWE wrestler. Now let us name them. 18. God's Ways by Rodney Howard Browne
November 05, 2009
Twice we read in that short account,'The Lord was with Joseph.' Joseph started to see the hand of The Lord God in his jail experience. In what should have been the direst of positions, the dreariest of places, Joseph thrived. Due to this, he was made available to be utilised by God strategically in the lives of at least two men. Fake accusations put Joseph in the slammer, but it was actually the Lord who stayed near him and nurtured his soul while he was there. You see, the Lord God stayed first in Joseph's life ; He was the focus of his life. The lens of the Lord God's will stood betwee... (read more)

19. God's Power by Rodney Howard Browne
November 05, 2009
If anyone knew about bigoted treatment, about a fake indictment, about being a trusting victim on the unpleasant end, it was Joseph. First, he got biased treatment from his family. His brothers hated him, wished to kill him, but sold him into slavery instead. He changed into a slave in a country where he did not even know the language. One minute he was a seventeen-year-old boy with his whole life before him, and the successive he was fully in the power of-actually the property of-some stranger. When he didn't submit to her wishes, she lied and announced,'This slave tried to rape me.' as... (read more)

He judged, he instructed the people in matters of worship, he gave counsel he applied his complete life to serving in the church of The Lord God and ministering to the necessities of his family. 21. We must all be missionaries and help spread the Word of God
November 05, 2009
When we think about spreading the word of God it is easy to be stuck imagining the great 19th century missionaries who went out around the world and risked their lives to tell peoples about the Lord. Cannibals and wild animals rage in the popular imagination when missionaries are mentioned. This isn't for me, we are inclined to think. It can even seem that the world has changed, that everyone knows about Jesus already, that our work is merely to live a Christian life and nothing more. But we are still called to spread the word of God. Many people in many countries have even in the 21st c... (read more)

25. A Batter Path by Rodney Howard Browne

What was Samuel's problem? He was panic-stricken. Where were Samuel's eyes? Well, they actually were not on the Lord. From a human point of view, naturally, Samuel was right. BTW, have you were given a Saul in your life? Is there someone that irritates and rubs and files and scrapes and irritates you? God knows all about it. The Lord doesn't answer Samuel's remark about Saul. Instead, he asserts,'Take a heifer with you and say, 'I have come to sacrifice to the LORD.'
