The North American International Auto Show is just around the corner and automakers are already giving hints as to what vehicles they will be showing off at the biggest automotive show in the continent. 7. Chrysler To Connect Soldiers With Families

With the holiday season just around the corner, Chrysler announced that they would be helping families of soldiers stationed in Iraq connect with their families in cooperation with Freedom Calls Foundation. According to the automaker, families in southeast Michigan will be able to place a video call to a family member stationed in Iraq. Families will be able to talk to their loved ones abroad at Chrysler's headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan until January 14 next year.

8. FOX: Prison Break Returns on January 14

24 fans may be disappointed to hear the news that FOX revised their lineup for January, as well as the remainder of the 2007-2008 schedule to place Paul Scheuring's Prison Break slot on Mondays, 9mp ET/PT beginning January 14, and move 24 to a later air date. The network announced that these changes were necessary due to the ongoing strike by The Writers Guild of America.

In the news: Volkswagen’s largest stakeholder and recipient of quality auto parts like Volkswagen window switch, Porsche AG has confirmed recently that it has obtained a net profit in the fiscal first half of 2007 brought about by the gain from its stake in VW.
The net profit achieved by Porsche reached 1.14 billion euros or $1.5 billion USD in the half ending January 31. Honda, maker of quality Toyota parts like like Honda tie rods has unveiled its S2000 at the recently concluded 2007 Tokyo Auto Show (January 12-14). The Honda S2000 was modified by Mugen to create the Open-Top Pure Sport Concept. The car looks as if it was designed for motorsport fans.
