North Korea on Friday launched a verbal attack on South Korean President Park Geun-hye in response to her participation last week in a U.S.-hosted nuclear summit in Washington. South Korea has returned to China the remains of 36 Chinese soldiers killed during the Korean War. BEIJING — Newly released Chinese trade data show that during the first six months of the year, exports to North Korea fell for the first time in four years.
