13. When will the economy improve? April 28, 2009 On March 9th, the Dow (as well as all the other economic indicators) seemed to hit rock bottom. We had dropped from a high of around 14,000 to a low of just over 6500 in about a year and a half. We hit what may be the bottom and bounced.
