A Christian mission has been widely defined, since the Lausanne Congress of 1974, as that which is designed "to form a viable indigenous church-planting movement." This definition is motivated by a theologically imperative theme of the Bible to make God known, as outlined in the Great Commission. The definition is claimed to summarize the acts of Jesus' ministry, which is taken as a model motivation for all ministries. The Christian missionary movement seeks to implement churches after the pattern of the first century Apostles. The process of forming disciples is necessarily social. "Church" should be understood in the widest sense, as an organization of believers rather than simply a building. Many churches start by meeting in houses. Church planting by cross-cultural missionaries leads to the establishment of self-governing, self-supporting and self-propagating assemblies of believers. This is the famous "three-self" formula invented by Henry Venn of the London Church Missionary Society in the 19th century. Cross-cultural missionaries are persons who accept church-planting duties go to people outside their culture, as Christ commanded in the Great Commission (Matthew 2818-20).

July 07, 2008
The Confraternity of Catholic Saints (CCS) is an organization of young people, created in 2003 mainly to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to promote holiness to Catholics and that it is very possible to the world, especially to the youth. It uses the lives and the works of the Catholic Saints to fulfill their mission and to inspire many to be holy. It pledges loyalty to the Roman Catholic Church and its teachings, to the Pope, and to the Diocesan Bishop.
When the Catholic Church proclaims some one to be a saint, after completion of Canonization process, she states two simple truths. T... (read more)

2. The Immissive Mission-Giving God's Words To The World
January 05, 2008
When you receive the Seal you will have an immissive calling from God. This is what Adam had when God cast him into a deep sleep in the Garden of Eden, and when he awoke there was Eve, the first woman.
God created the world and the universe around it in seven days. He rested on the seventh day. And on the fifth day He created the first man, Adam. That was when He also created the animals of the earth and the birds of the air.
There were many different kinds of animals and birds and Adam found some joy in naming them. God took some delight in it too. He was interested in wha... (read more)

3. Does A Best Leadership Style Exist?
December 27, 2007
So much is said [and written] about leadership. All questions are answered, it seems. How should you lead? What are the requirements to be a successful leader? How should a leader handle his/her followers? What are the better leadership styles? Everyone knows how to delegate, discipline, and develop your followers. We are also taught how to determine and use vision, mission, motivation and the like. In general, we live in times where the science of leadership, in all aspects has been thoroughly covered. Or has it?
I have often queried the fact that leadership gurus feel so secure in the... (read more)

4. The TV Show 'Heroes' -- How to Combat Evil
December 16, 2007
The characters of Heroes keep us at the edge of our seats with their urgent mission to resist evil: “We’ve got to stop this bomb before it kills all these innocent people!” “We’ve got to get there before the bad guy!” “We’ve got to use our powers for good so we can beat the bad guy, who’s using his powers for evil!” … and on and on. But all the flying, invisible, nuclear, walking-through-walls and telekinetic powers in the world will never stop evil. The problem is more deeply rooted than any DNA mutation can comprehend. The good guys in Heroes think, “If we try hard enough, we’ll be... (read more)

5. The United States is Unreached, But Not Out-of-Reach
December 06, 2007
That the United States is unreached by the gospel might sound outrageous to many churchgoers. Most missionionalogical surveys conclude that U.S. is so thoroughly “reached” by the gospel that its Christian fate is sealed forever. There’s no way so many church buildings can exist in one country while the country still remains Godless, right? Ninety-something percent of the population who say they believe in God can’t be all wrong, can they? Isn’t it about time we packed up and went off to some other country so our expertise might rub off on them?
But the fact that the U.S. is unreached shou... (read more)

6. The Spiritual Mission of the Messian
December 01, 2007
When you receive the Seal you believe in Jesus Christ. You believe that He was the Messiah who was foretold by many ancient seers. As sealed and a believer you are known as Messian.
Being Messian is different from being Christian. Because regular Christian people are not sealed. They have not received the Seal of God in spite of what some Christian leaders will tell you.
Some Christian leaders teach that everyone was sealed when they believed Jesus. Or that everyone received the Holy Spirit when they received Jesus. This is simply not true and believing it is being deceived... (read more)
