Reich (pronounced /ˈraɪk/; German&_160;[ˈʁaɪç]&_160; ( listen)) is a German loanword cognate with the English reign, but used most often to designate an empire, realm, or nation. The qualitative connotation from the German is "(imperial,) sovereign state." It is also cognate with the Latin word regnum (kingdom) and the Scandinavian rike/ rige, Dutch rijk, Sanskrit raj, English -ric; as found in bishopric. It is the word traditionally used for a variety of sovereign entities, including Germany in many periods of its history. It is also found in the compound Königreich, "kingdom" (Königtum), and in the country names Frankreich ( France, lit. "the Realm of the Franks"), Österreich ( Austria, the "Eastern Realm"), Sverige ( Sweden, the "Realm of the Swedes") and in England as Surrey - Suthrige, 'southern realm'. The German version of the Lord's Prayer uses the words Dein Reich komme for " ἐλθέτω ἡ βασιλεία σου" (usually translated as " thy kingdom come" in English), and the Lord's Prayer in Scandinavian also uses the cognate word; so it is in Old English - 'Tobecyme thin rice'. Like its Latin counterpart, imperium, Reich does not necessarily connote a monarchy; the Weimar Republic and Nazi Germany continued to use the name Deutsches Reich while being republican in structure. Used adjectivally, reich is the German word for "rich". The term Reich was part of the German names for Germany for much of its history. Reich was used by itself in the common German variant of the Holy Roman Empire, the "Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation" (Heiliges römisches Reich deutscher Nation). Der rîche was a title for the Emperor. However, it should be noted that Latin, not German, was the formal legal language of the medieval Empire, so English-speaking historians are more likely to use Latin imperium than German Reich as a term for this period of German history.

1. Improve sperm ejacualtion with Semenax
September 09, 2009
To Know More is to Ejaculate More
Wilhelm Reich gave a resounding voice to thousands of people, men and women, old and young alike, when he made a perfect defense and justification of sexual revolution and exploration by saying that one important facet of conserving our mental health is by liberating our sexual energy. The claim was made back in the 70's, but it has since been a major reasonable ground for knowing more about sex, and most importantly of one's own sexuality. It has even become a school of thought for many. In the greater extent, It has also broken the walls of prejudices... (read more)

August 06, 2009
Return to Castle Wolfenstein part 2 is coming out later this month. I can't wait to get it because other than being an intense game, it has a story to tell. I can't wait to see what happens in the rest of the story! As soon as it arrives I will probably be clued to it for ages.
Follow a special mission to the Third Reich where you will meet up with plenty of Nazi enemies in possession of a new and mysterious power. Now in spite of the Nazis this is not a World War II game but more of a dark supernatural game that delves into the sci-fi world more than a war game. Characters move in and ... (read more)

3. Visions of Dystopia in The Giver and "The Lottery"
July 23, 2009
Lois Lowry’s The Giver is only one in a huge series of classic “dystopian” literature. (Think “utopia,” then think Third Reich.) What makes it stand out from novels like 1984 or Brave New World – aside from the iconic grizzled-old-man cover – is that you might have memories of reading it already in the fourth or fifth grade; in this sense, you could put The Giver in the same category as Shirley Jackson’s “The Lottery,” a deceptively uncomplicated dystopian short story that many of us read in junior high school. Aside from the fact that this has probably done some serious damage to your formati... (read more)

5. The Flyers Of The White Rose Movement
March 23, 2009
On the 22nd February 1943, three young German students are executed by way of guillotine. The crime they have been accused of and executed for is ‘treason to the Reich‘. In the days to follow several of their friends and collaborators were also arrested. Described by the local media as ‘scum and outcast‘. Today they are thought of as true heroes of their time. Some of the few, under the Nazi regime, that dared stand by their beliefs and stand up against what they believed to be a threat to the nation and people of both Germany and the rest of the world.
The movement went by the name The W... (read more)

6. Clear Space, Attract Abundance And Magnify Thought Forms Through The Use of Orgonite
November 27, 2007
Orgonite or Orgone products are based on Dr. Wilhelm Reich's cloud buster technology. Orgonite is simply another term for Life-Force Energy. Other cultures have other names for this energy: Ki’, ‘Chi’, ‘Prana’ etc. Dr. Reich harnessed this energy to balance the planetary energy patterns, heal disease and increase the functioning of the mind.
We have been working with crystals over a number of years and have a website where you can find a huge variety and lots of information. Having crystals and Orgonite in our own home, we decided the way forward was to make it for others. Many people ar... (read more)

7. The Main Idea of Mein Kampf
October 02, 2007
Every party of Socialist movement had the word nationalism as an element of their aims and ideologies. The particular kind of nationalism among most of parties supported creation of the Reich including Germans only, and many parties, for example NSDAP, were against foreigners even entering the state. The main idea consisted in bringing all Germans together in one state in order to create military and economically strong Germany, so that Germany would become the most powerful country in Europe again. This idea was in programs of almost every party during the 1920s irrespective of their particu... (read more)

8. Similarities and Differences in Hitler's and Bismarck's Views on Nationalism
October 01, 2007
Being a student Hitler criticized Bismarck’s decision to create an alliance with Austria, though in the beginning of his book Mein Kampf he says that all the Germans should be brought together to live in one Reich at any cost irrespective of the consequences. It can be connected with the fact that Hitler’s views in the period of his imprisonment differed from views he had while being a secondary school student, and besides a person can change his or her views on the issue over the time. Hitler’s views on nationalism at the moment the writing of his book Mein Kampf was finished was affected by ... (read more)

9. Hitler's Views on Propaganda
October 01, 2007
While Hitler’s service in the Bavarian Army during World War I he saw the great power of War Propaganda especially as applied by the allies. He clearly understood the fact that the Central Powers especially Austria and Germany did not manage to use propaganda in a skilled manner and the Allies on the contrary used it excellently. Irrespective of which side of the war used propaganda in the most provident way, the important fact here is that Hitler had find out something that he would later apply to his Third Reich’s benefit. His War propaganda expert in the World War II became Dr. Joseph Goeb... (read more)

10. Hitler's Thoughts Concerning War
October 01, 2007
Hitler starts speaking about nationalism from the very beginning of his book. He starts by saying that German-Austria, at that time just Austria, must be included into Reich. He says that this must be done without taking in account any harmful results of it. Basically, it must be done at any price so as to bring all Germans together under one Reich. Later, after Hitler’s coming to power, one of his first aims as Fuhrer was to add Austria to Reich and unite many ethnic Germans and half-breed Germans (Hitler was the last one). After that he would Blitzkrieg Poland to regain the Central Prussia i... (read more)

11. Hitler's Thoughts about the Difference between Austrian Germans and Germans of Germany Proper
September 30, 2007
Hitler describing in his book about Franco-Prussian and Franco-German war, talks about Bismarck who against forming an alliance with the South Germans, but despite this joined the Alliance with Austria-Hungary. He did this to eradicate a possible Austro breakdown which would surely make him annex Austria and in that way bring the ethnic South Germans into Reich. Bismarck was the representative of nationalist thinking, and that kind of thinking was extremely popular in German political landscape of the 1920s. Hitler read many periodicals concerning this theme, trying to define in his own mind ... (read more)

12. Marketing Militaria on the Web
September 25, 2007
As you can see from the title, this article was written for the benifit of militaria dealers and collectors. However, the ideas and principles expressed here are just as valid for someone who is in to collectibles of any kind. Coins, antiques or baseball cards, it's all the same when it comes to internet marketing. I hope that reading this will make you consider whether you want to create your own site, or if it would be better to use a third party site to market your wears. It all depend on how involved you are in the business and how much work you want to put into it. The opinions expressed... (read more)

13. I can't believe you Collect that Nazi Trash!
September 02, 2007
That, or something similar is the reaction of most non-collectors when I tell them about my hobby. If they don't say it, they're thinking it. I can always tell. I don't mention my hobby to anyone until I have known them for some time and feel that they know me well enough to at least try to understand.
I'm sure that one thing that goes through people's minds is: "If he collects Third Reich items, he must 'be' a Nazi." Unfortunate, and not true. By that logic, anyone who collects old west revolvers must like to shoot people down at high noon on Main Street. Or, if they collect Samurai... (read more)

14. COLLECTING ON A BUDGET
August 12, 2007
I originally wrote this article 30 years ago for a military collectors newsletter that I published. It has occured to me that many of the ideas and techniques described here are just as valid for collectors of duck decoys, potholders, tractor seats or anything else, as they are for German military collectibles. I hope you will find it enlightening and fun!
Somewhere there is a line between "getting a good buy" and "ripping off the rube". Where that line lies is beyond the scope of this article. I'll let you decide, and determine which side you want to stay on....

15. Militaria: The investment you never thought of...
August 09, 2007
Most knowledgeable investors are aware of the fact that "collectibles" have always been a good hedge against inflation and have proven to be a sound investment with regard to capital gain. When they think of collectibles the usual antiques, stamps, coins, art, etc., readily come to mind. However, very few think of "militaria".
What is militaria? It's not even in my Webster's, so I'll define it myself. Basically it is any type of military or para-military collectible. This can range from weapons, uniforms, medals, badges, insignia, field gear, etc. If it's of military origin and pe... (read more)

16. The EU is a German Ruse
June 09, 2007
Bill Cash, MP, questions The German Question [The European Journal, April 2007] "of what and where is Europe?" when "Germany has not even established her own national identity, which remains strikingly unstable even after reunification... let alone found a directing principle which can hold the ramshackle European Union together...".
Mr. Cash proceeds to warn: "Without radical change, the evolution of the EU would lead to a German Europe." He then proposes, challenging German ambitions: "The institutions and treaties reasoned under the terms of the Franco–German partnership need... (read more)

17. The E.U. Will Brutally Betray U.S.
December 26, 2006
John Blundell of the Heritage Foundation questions: Is the E.U. America's Friend or Foe?
It's great to see some are beginning to ask uncomfortable questions that few folks consider or want to know the answers to, preferring to believe that the Frankenstein Monster we've helped to create in Europe would never turn against us. Even Mr. Blundell believes the U.S. "unconditional backing" of the European experiment of political integration was thought to be in our own best interests; that an increasingly independent Europe could be relied upon for excellent trade opportunities and shared sec... 18. Corpse of the III Reich - An Adventurous Flash Action Game!
October 04, 2006
Action games could be considered the video game or computer game equivalent of action movies. These games basically feature physical fighting involving explosions, shooting, fist-fighting, high-speed flying or driving while shooting to eliminate enemies with minor puzzle solving involved. Action Games focus on speed and physical drama, which set high demands on the player's reflexes and coordination skills.
In the modern day world, dozens of action games are published every year, only to be forgotten almost immediately in many cases. But after months of hard work finally an action game ha... (read more)

20. God save us from Islam and Europe!
August 10, 2006
Hope in a Pearl by the Sea by Donnel Jones states:
In a real way, it is not the United States, but Israel that will now lead the war against Islamism.
It could appear that way, until you recognize that Iran and the United States are fighting by proxy through Lebanon and Israel. Israel is certainly on the frontlines in the "war against terrorism." However, it is Europe who will soon lead the charge.
Is an Iranian attack imminent against Vienna or Rome (both highly symbolic), dealing them a staggering blow, a provocation unprecedented, by a new and improved Shahab ("shooting star... (read more)

21. Is Germany in Danger of Backsliding?
July 23, 2006
Germany's "conversion" from Nazism to democracy was forced on it by the victors of WWII. We left it up to the Germans to "deNazify" their country! Now Germany appears to be backsliding as the Nazi German spirit is beginning to stir again, getting ready to break free from imposed shackles with a fury, and come back with a vengeance from the abyss, threatening to wreak havoc upon the world. This is documented within Winston S. Churchill: The Watchman. For the record, I've been throughout Germany four times and have had German roommates while serving as a volunteer in various kibbu... June 21, 2006
Is Stalin Stuck in your Head? Are you a duo citizen, residing in the Stalinist Soviet Union during the day, the United States evenings and weekends? Your days are filled with intrigues and the threat of intrigues. Paranoia and purges are the order of the day. You hope your name isn’t on the List. Others disappear, increasing your fear, but at least it wasn’t you this time. To paraphrase an astute commentary of the Third Reich’s rise and maintenance of power, when they came for them I did nothing. I continued in my indifference as they came for more and more thems. Finally I became ... (read more)

23. Germany's Fourth Reich Spreads its Wings
June 12, 2006
Those who strongly disagree with the "European Union" forging ahead, the Euro-skeptics, state sovereignty is under attack and that the EU is going backwards, descending into the darkness of fascism, not advancing democratic ideals but sacrificing them with impunity. Rodney Atkinson, author of three books on the subject of Fascist Europe Rising (his most recent), led the charge, sounded the alarm, from a strictly secular point of view that interestingly matched what theologian Herbert W. Armstrong was warning about from a purely biblical perspective: the revival of the unholy Roman Empire ... (read more)

24. The History of Life Insurance
October 31, 2005
The History of Life Insurance
Life insurance reflects one of the best parts of human beings; caring for others. One buys life insurance because he or she loves their spouse and children. There are benefits while living but the real reason is to make sure others are financially taken care of.
One of the first records of life insurance was in Rome. There, groups came together called Fratres (burial clubs). These were set up by the poor to pay for the funerals of the members and to help the surviving family members financially.
The middle ages had guilds for the various types of highly s... (read more)

25. HITLER'S POSITIVE CHRISTIANITY...Unleashing the Pariotic Church
September 11, 2005
(Note: Please see remaining article/graphics/links @ http://www.the-tribulation-network.com
There is nothing—absolutely nothing—insofar as political power when it is under girded by morality, especially when that morality embraces the strength of the Christian religion. This is what Adolph Hitler seized upon, amplified, and nourished: One Reich, one Reich’s Church. With religion’s unwavering legitimacy enshrouding Nazism’s agenda—nothing could stop him. Today, an eerie semblance overshadows the West (this “revision”—August, 2005—is an update of this semblance)—it harkens back to the d... (read more)
