I recently read an article from "Computerworld- http://www.computerworld.com.au" stating that some online retailers from Deals Direct are being closely looked at. Action has since been taking against Deals Direct in concern about misleading information on warranties and return rights.
The ACCC is concerned that many online sites is misrepresenting consumer rights and they are now closely being looked at.
