Normally the maxim for life is completely the opposite to this title. Everything has to be newer, faster, bigger and more powerful these days but is that really true? Sure people can use our ideas and take them else where but so what? You won't ever win all the business but it's right to offer a high quality service. I've been the little guy subjected to disinterested service from the painted pixie behind the counter of a corporate business. Faceless, passionless and often careless that's the cold impression many businesses give whilst their frustrated customers try to get what they actually need as well as value for money.
We're trying to do things differently and it does take a bit more work but I think there is a real desire amongst consumers to find that quality and experience, a return to former values which is why I say, out with the new and in with the old. Keep the good things from modern society by all means but don't forget time honoured principles.
