Cohesive gel breast implants are also known as Gummy Bear implants. They are only available in an anatomical shape in the United States, and have a textured surface to prevent unwanted implant rotation. When a woman with traditional implants stands, the silicone or saline filler redistributes to the bottom, giving the appearance of a naturally sloped breast.
