We all want to work and enjoy our time at work; but what happens when your life is made into a living hell by a colleague, and it starts to affect your health through bad leadership, what do you do when you feel helpless, when you're not getting the support because your manager favours your colleague better than you, and allows the person in question to get away with doing things to you that annoys you and strictly speaking is against policy.
