Here's the recipe for the risotto that can help you fight stress: stew two sliced onions in one tablespoon olive oil until onions soften. Add 200 g barley, a pinch of dried thyme and 500 ml broth. Simmer mixture over low heat until the liquid is reduced and then slowly add another 500 milliliters of broth, until the barley absorbs it. Barley should not become too mushy. Heat a knob of butter in a large skillet and prepare 400 grams mushrooms until they soften. Add two heads of crushed garlic and chopped fresh parsley. While you cook the dish, your stress will lower.
