If it weren’t actually in the news who would believe that all America has to do since the death of our number one enemy is to go after that nefarious destroyer of American children; Ronald McDonald. CNN Money report says Corporate Accountability International and a host of health organizations are screaming for an end to McDonald’s practice of targeting children in their ad campaigns. No doubt bolstered by Michelle Obama’s quest to slim down America’s fatties, Mr. McHappy is probably being surrounded by a team of lethal Navy Seals at this very moment. It is not clear whether Ronald has a dead or alive order attached to his capture but secret White House sources have indicated that no photos will be released after he is brought to justice if he is killed in the action. Although some are saying that if is captured alive he will no doubt be water boarded at Gitmo until every detail of his evil plan to destroy our kids is fully uncovered. Tongue in cheek humor notwithstanding, can the democrats and the far left get any sillier in their attempts to distract or defer attention away from the miserable failures of the Obama Administration just prior to an election year? Not being a strict conspiracy theorist I won’t say that this was actually planned by the left, but it seems to come in real handy at the moment; as in what else have they got? No chance of resorting to pedantry or hyperbole is possible after spending years wondering how a simple verse of the Bible could possibly be true in a nation founded on our constitution and that by men who saw personal freedoms as all that was worth living or dying for. What verse you say, to wit. “And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie.” (2th 2: 11) We don’t believe lies in America unless they are told to us by strong and revered pop culture icons, Hollywood stars or the very President of the United States. Here is where we are willing to cut a lot of slack and just roll with the tinsel, unicorns and gold glitter that make these truths not self evident but totally resplendent. Let’s not worry about wrecking the childhood dreams of our kiddies as we inject sex education in classrooms as early as kindergarten. But we must stop the hideous portent of losing our dream of becoming runway model skinnies that look like quick frozen string beans, before we all come to horrific bariatric nightmares. C’mon, would the President actually tell bold faced lies to us? Try this. In his speech in El Paso Texas recently Mr. Obama said the border fence was ‘largely finished.’ The staff of Homeland Security says the fence which is supposed to be 700 miles long is only 5 percent finished or a grand total of 36 miles. Perhaps the escalating violence, running gun battles and kidnappings along the border are something akin to inner city ghetto violence and that would just be part of our cultural heritage in the Presidents eyes. Maybe Barack Obama sees it all as a resurgence of the old Wild West in America and who wouldn’t love that? Governor Jan Brewer’s dream of more money for Arizona’s education and services is slightly hindered by the crossing of approximately 700 illegal aliens per day, but hey, doesn’t our President sound like a savior. Let’s not spoil the dream of change we can believe in! Jay Leno’s video of the Obama speech on the southwest border between Mexico and the U.S. says more than I could write but it is no laughing matter for Texas Governor Rick Perry or Arizona’s Governor Jan Brewer. We don’t need to question whether Mr. Obama lied about knowing Bill Ayers, or not knowing what Rev Jeremiah Wright was talking about all those years because none of that could compare to the biggest bold faced lie ever told to a handpicked crowd in American history while standing on the border between the U.S. and Mexico. Skewed polls, misinformation and serious fibs make up the story that can only be believed by someone who resides in an island far off the coasts of our nation without access to a radio or TV. Journalist Tom Blumer said in a Pajamas’ Media piece that such ridiculous assertions are “pathetic garbage for koolaiders.” Will voters actually be guided at the polls in 2012 by these lies as they pull the lever for Barack Obama? Some fifteen times in the New Testament the phrase “God forbid” is appendaged to something that ought not to happen.
