The machines are affordable, consume less electricity and give more output. Often these machines come into contact with the business because of exposure to different websites and social networks. More information can be directly processed using the computer soft wares which saves time and energy and results in increased productivity within the business organization. There can be better control and strict invigilation using a computerized management system. The work of all the sections can be closely examined and monitored.
