Well, I've been to 8 job interviews, and I think for the most part they went very well. My greatest disadvantage is that I've been away from the workforce for quite some time now. When I first got out of school I went to work for an advertising company where I was employed for 3 years. However, after my 2nd year working there I got married and then immediately after that got pregnant with our first baby. After I had our first baby we decided that I should stay at home to raise him, which I don't regret. Though being a mother of 3 children and running a large household is a full time job, most employers don’t see it that way. So, that has been my largest obstacle to overcome.
