These are fairly simple exercises to do that will work out your ab’s and core. You can do these at work or home and get some exercise to your mid section. Try this Captain’s Chair Exercise. You should begin with your legs dangling and slowing lift your knees in toward your chest. Do this as a controlled motion as you bring your knees up and return them back to the starting position. This will work the Rectus Abdominals. Butt-ups. Begin in a pushup position with your elbows on the ground and resting on your forearms. Your elbows should be bent at a 90 degree angle. Arch your back slightly out rather than keeping your back completely straight. Now raise your gluteus toward the ceiling, squeeze your abs tightly to close the distance between your ribcage and hips so you end up in a high bridge position. Lower back down slowly to your starting position. Don’t let your back sag downwards. This will work the Abdominals.
