I’ve been living for about 12 years now; it’s the city that boasts beaches, nightclubs, and loads of shopping malls. About 12 million+ tourist visit here yearly. I’ve seen basically everything you can do here in Miami, been to every single mall, and visited most of the attractions this wonderful city has to offer. But not until recently have I seen these giant two story buses riding around the city. I did some research on them, because I only thought they had those buses in England, but I guess not. But anyway, I was doing some research and found out that this company called grey line is starting to put these buses on the beach as tours. When you see the bus it’s a big blue bus, with a giant orange where the door is. It looked very inviting I’m not going to lie; I decided to ride on them to see where they go. When I got inside there was no air conditioning, it may not seem like a big deal to your readers out there, but no air conditioning in Miami in the summer equals trouble, it’s extremely hot, the breeze helps but it’s not enough. It brought me around the city and they had a guide speaking about the city and its history, just like most tour places. But anyway the other day I was in my car and I saw one of those double deckers riding through coconut grove, the tree branches there are super low and those buses are about 13 feet high, well what I saw was really scary. The driver wasn’t paying attention I guess, but he was driver kind of fast through the grove, and the people sitting on the 2nd level thankfully saw the oncoming branches and ducked, honestly if they didn’t duck, someone was going to get hit, and it would’ve been a serious problem. These things are hazardous, and the drivers need to pay attention what they’re doing, tour companies like Half Price Tour Tickets don’t use these double dickers, they’re dangerous.
