The company has been acquiring & developing many hotels all over the world. Panoramic universal has been keenly involved in developing properties in USA. Panoramic Universal currently manages five hotels in USA. The hotels are situated in New York, North Carolina & Ohio. The company believes in providing the best comfort, services & facilities. This is the reason of the company’s constant growth over the years. The facilities in every hotel are world class. Some of the facilities provided in the hotels include free hi-speed wireless internet, state of the art fitness centres & phones with data ports. In India, Panoramic Universal Ltd. manages eight hotels & resorts, which are situated at Karnala, Thane, Goa, Kerala, Shirdi, Malvan, Mysore & Pune. Some of the amenities offered in these hotels include discotheque, 24 hour coffee shop, swimming pool & multi-cuisine restaurant. Panoramic Universal Ltd. also has a motel in New-Zealand situated in the heart of Auckland. Panoramic Universal Ltd. also has an investment scheme for their prospective investors. The scheme is managed by Pan Card Club Ltd. The scheme named Pancard Club Investment scheme is based on time sharing concept. Company sells rights to use their properties for a fixed period of time to the investor at a price less than the market value. Here the investors can utilize company properties in India only. The investment tenure ranges from around three to ten years. Apart from the investment, company also provide some additional benefits to its investors. Additional benefits include accidental death insurance, life insurance, medi-claim & discount cards. The company was also in news in early 2000 because it was accused of fraud & scam. The rumour was that Pan Card ClubLtd. was not a part of Panoramic Universal Ltd. The investors languished about their investment. This rumour affected the company to some extent. The company was not summoned legally as it didn’t default the investors. The company also has certain upcoming projects in major cities in India. The company also has its Information technology & Herbal Products divisions. Their Information technology division provides software development solutions to mid-sized companies. The herbal products division provides herbal products. Some of the software products the company developed include HR-Pro, Payroll Management, Habitat-Society management/Accounting, Multilevel/Network marketing, Real Estate Management System & Recruitment management System. The company they cater to for IT solutions include manufacturing and distribution, commercial, hospitality, airlines and other service industries. The herbal division is managed under the name of Pan Herbo Limited. Herbal products developed & distributed includes hair care (hair oil, shampoo, hair cap capsules) to skin care (fairness cream, winter cream, body talc and wrinkle free cream) to body care capsules. The intent to diversify the company was to increase the profitability of the overall company. Even though the company’s core business is hospitality, its IT & herbal sectors are growing in a constant pace.
