This a diet for 7 days. If you strictly follow this diet you can really lose 5KG in one week. Ideal for some to lose those pants that just no longer fits. The diet only lasts seven days so you really should not cheat. The diet is fairly easy to maintain and really works. So test your will and plan for next week on this diet. When using this diet don't use any alcohol or salt. Breakfast: Use a daily breakfast. Drink coffee or tea, preferably green or black tea. Choose one thing from the fruit-list, one thing from the protein list and one thing from the carbohydrate list. You can choose what you want, it's important that you only choose one food of each list! Fruit List: 1 banana 1 apple 1 grapefruit 2 kiwis 80 grams pineapple 80 grams of strawberries or raspberries Protein-list: 2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt 1 cup low-fat or skim milk 1 boiled egg 3 slices of fried bacon or bacon 85 grams of tuna (in water!) 30 + 75 grams of cheese 40 grams unsalted peanuts Carbohydrate-list: 1 slice of bread 5 tablespoons unsweetened muesli 2 crackers 5 tablespoons unsweetened cereal Lunch Same as breakfast, but now you can choose 2 things for the fruit list.. So two things from the fruit-list, one from protein list and one from carbohydrate list. Try something different for lunch so it will not be the same as your breakfast. Dinner You should eat a total of 3 servings of fruit and vegetables in the following list, you may eat some grilled food for in the microwave. You may also choose one thing from the carbohydrate list. Do not use oil, sauces, sugar or salt. Drink as much water as possible and go after dinner for a half a hour walk.
