Robert Breschard is a successful professional with over three decades of experience in commercial building management in the New York metropolitan area and across the Northeastern U.S., including Boston, Philadelphia, Syracuse and Delaware. Over the years, he has been responsible for managing individual properties and portfolios, supervising building operations, administration and financial performance as well as managing construction and redevelopment projects. In 1995, he joined CBRE (formally ESG, Insignia/ESG) as a Portfolio Manager, and is presently serving the firm as a Director Asset Services.

Over the course of his career, he has also managed portfolios of up to 13 million square feet of institutionally and privately owned property for some of the reputed clients including the Canadian Imperial Bank; JPMorgan/Chase; Sony Corporation, Equitable Life, INVESCO, Marsh and McLennan, ING.
Prior to joining CBRE, Robert Breschard served JMB Properties Company for nine years as the Vice President, Senior Area Manager. While working at the company, he was responsible for managing Class A commercial office buildings ranging from 100,000 square feet to 1.6 million square feet in size. He has been designated as the Real Property Administrator (RPA) by BOMI and has also held numerous New York City licenses including a Refrigeration Operators License and a Fire Safety designation. Furthermore, he is presently associated with Real Estate Finance Association of Ct as a member and also holds a NYS Salesperson’s License.
