When you say that you want to start team building in the workplace, be sure to listen for the groans from the employees. The reason for this is that most people, when they go to a job, get into the habit of just wanting to do the job and then go home when it is finished. People actually like to be challenged at work and often think of work as being dull. However, when challenges come up in the workplace or new procedures are put in place, they usually balk as this plays havoc with their minds.
