A recent study shows that most of the family who are being addicted to drinking is not at all happy in their homes. It affects the rest of his family till he realizes his problem. The most important thing to diagnose the problem of drinking is to spot the problem first. One did not start drinking it overnight and thus it is a gradual process. Many will often make excuse for the drinking partner.

Some who starts to leave drinking may develop some alcohol withdrawal symptoms which are reflected in their one’s body. Some syndrome can be found while cutting off the alcohol after a lengthy time of drinking. One must consult the practitioner before leaving the drink as it lead to many symptoms like sick, severe headaches, vomiting, sweaty hands, diminished appetite, paler skin tone, insomnia etc. Some may have mental symptoms of avoiding this drinking which leads to nervousness or anxiety, mood swings, frustration and psychological volatility, a feeling of tiredness.

There are some organizations which help in quitting this drinking habit. One such is Alcoholic Anonymous. This is a dedicated world group which have drinking problems. There is no age and education limitation. One who wants to quit and make to resolve their drinking habits may join this valuable group. Members share their problems to those who see help when they show inclinations of alcoholism. This may happen to one to one relation or conference making.

Drinking habits have taken may lives and still is going on. This is a fact that can reflect at everyone’s mind that is in this habit. If this signals alarming in ones life, this may be a position of quitting alcohol from one’s life. It is feasible that one must try to take the week off work during the first week that he quit. Getting out from bed will be difficult but slowly that hang over will go off. When one need support in this respect, one must not hesitate to call them.

There are many ways of quitting drinking and slowly and steadily if one goes through these steps will definitely see a nice goal. 1. Undertake it for our own benefit: It is perhaps difficult to quit drinking at first. But when we think that it is better for ourselves and our friends and family then you have to undertake from your side to quit it for the benefit of others. If you do not undertake it for yourself, you will only find yourself starting out with a setback in future life. 2. Uses of physical activity: It has been found that one who is having regular exercise is having a fit body and tension free from all the problems around. Exercises really make a person free from all the tension around and make his mind and body a relaxed and peaceful one. 3. Reward ourselves: This is a good method to quit drinking. If we make some targets and can fulfill them within our stipulated time we must reward ourselves. If we get incentives from our work, it will definitely help us to go for new plans ahead and it will be more effective to quit drinking. 4. No setback after an unsuccessful attempt: Persons naturally becomes very sad when they fail in any situations or work making them more addicted to drinking which they feel that is the best medicine in that situation. But it is a very wrong notion. We have to come out from that bad situation and forget them all and just move on. 5. Get outside support: Different therapies outside may help the persons to quit drinking easily. This is an established technique to get rid of these troublesome situations. Here the support of others is the best therapy to overcome them easily. So this can be done with all who are with them at their surroundings but not alone. 6. Make sometime for oneself: There is a good saying that everyone must have their own space in their life. Apart from everything we are doing we must keep sometime for ourselves which feel that we have some importance in our life. Otherwise all will be dependent on others and no work will be done leading to excessive drinking. 7. Make a day free from alcohol: We must try to quit drinking slowly and steadily. If we become positive in quitting drinking we can do that by quitting for a day and slowly we can leave that for many days and then ultimately fully we can quit drinking. After all, to end drinking is to create a clean beginning form your own.

So thus we can say that we must quit drinking not only for ourselves but for the family and friends and all the known persons around and ultimately for the benefit of our society.
