Robert Breschard is a BOMI designated Real Property Administrator (RPA). RPA’s are extensively experienced professionals who have vast knowledge of how a building operates efficiently. In order to ensure that a building operates in an efficient manner, these professionals can implement an energy management program. In addition to this, they also have knowledge of the integrated building systems and know how to manage and maintain them, and can thus, help businesses reduce their operating costs. Mr. Breschard holds over three decades of experience in commercial building management in the New York metropolitan area and around the Northeastern U.S., including Boston, Philadelphia, Syracuse and Delaware.
Robert Breschard is a successful professional, and has held numerous New York City licenses such as a Refrigeration Operators License and a Fire Safety designation. He is associated with the Real Estate Finance Association of Ct and has also been conferred a NYS Salesperson’s License. From December 1986 to June 1995, he served JMB Properties Company, as the Vice President, Senior Area Manager. At the firm, he managed Class A commercial office buildings ranging from 100,000 square feet to 1.6 million square feet in size. Later, in 1995, he joined CBRE (formally ESG, Insignia/ESG) in 1995, as a Portfolio Manager, and is presently working as the Director Asset Services, at the firm.
Throughout his career, Robert Breschard has been responsible for managing individual properties and portfolios, supervising building operations, administration and financial performance. In addition to this, he has also managed construction and redevelopment projects. In addition to this, he is also extensively experienced in supervising major capital projects, including energy management systems, chiller retrofits, lobby renovations and tenant installations. Mr. Breschard has achieved huge success, owing to his exceptional skills for developing, managing and monitoring operating budgets and the financial performance of commercial properties from a value added perspective. Over the course of his career, he has been responsible for portfolios of up to 13 million square feet of institutionally and privately owned property for the Canadian Imperial Bank; JPMorgan/Chase; Sony Corporation, Equitable Life, INVESCO, Marsh and McLennan, ING.
