BACKGROUND In December 2000, Jeb Tyler, Craig Jerabeck and Jason Guck, set out to assemble an enterprise that provides thousands of individuals with the platform to earn life-changing residual money in the telecommunications profession. The president and CEO of the company, Craig Jerabeck, is a seasoned veteran of both the network marketing company profession and the telecommunications and technology arenas. 5Linx is a privately held company, and is considered one of the fastest-growing establishment within the industry. The company's product line includes wireless phones and accessories, Internet, satellite TV, long-distance phone services, and VoIP calling plans. 5linx it is a true top notch telecom provider and a well grounded individual sales enterprise in the telecom profession that have made the prestigious and exclusive top Fortune 500 list. In short, it is hard to believe that anyone would deem that 5linx, a multi-million dollar, Fortune 500 company would be a "scam" or fly-by-night institution. We can absolutely state that 5linx is a terrific institution with terrific products and wonderful revenue potential; provided, however, you consider both the pros and cons listed below. PROS This venture is designed for the affiliates to not only get paid retail sales commissions from immediate product and service sales, but also from revenue off the sales of the distributors they recruit, and off the affiliates those team members recruit, and so forth and so on for several levels, hence, the term "multi-level marketing" or multi-level marketing company. However, don't mistake this mlm for a so-called "pyramid scheme;" numerous affiliates are earning awesome product commissions the correct way, off the sale of real products and services and not just from selling recruitment "kits." As an 5linx Distributor, there are 8 ways to get paid, which includes product commissions from the sale of their products and monthly residual profit when clients and affiliates make their monthly payments. There are also various opportunities to get paid bonuses and incentives such as vacations, luxury cars (including a Bentley), and profit-sharing. This allows any 5linx Distributor to get paid considerable revenue by leveraging their time and efforts through the synergy of distributors working together in a network of team members. With the awesome products and services 5linx has to offer there is an awesome potential to achieve financial freedom in 5linx, provided, however, you have the desire and willingness to do what it takes to benefit. CONS As with all network marketing company or network marketing companies the emphasis is more on building a team, than personal sales, since you earn exponentially more from group sales rather than direct sales. Unfortunately to build a strong and giant team you will need to talk to literally HUNDREDS of people, and face a lot of negative responses from people that just don't recognize network marketing company or network marketing as a viable company model for them. Once you have talked to all of your family and friends (warm market) that only leaves cold market sales, which, from my own individual experience is extremely tough, because of all the rejection you must deal with everyday. Since most persons can't deal with a lot of rejection, they usually quit the company before they succeed, which is why the failure rate for multi-level marketing company and network marketing companies is higher than a traditional business (95% vs.90% respectively in the first year). CONCLUSION The best solution to assemble a large 5linx organization, REJECTION-FREE, without having to sign on and bother your family and friends (which can create a lot of personal problems if you know what it mean :) ) is through viral, automated internet marketing.
