They act as an antioxidant which allows to maintain the skin and locks. Apart from fruit supplement C is also found in cabbage, red peppers, raspberries, tomatoes. Low consumption of it can make the locks dry. Foods full of Vitamin A : Vitamin-a comes from kidney, egg, cream, seafood oil, spinach, broccoli, carrots etc. It allows in the progression of an oil called sebum which makes the locks strong rather than baldness. Shrimp: Shrimp contains adequate zinc oxide which prevents from baldness. If we add this vitamin in what we eat plan it will help to keep our locks from thinning. Everyday consumption of about 11mg of zinc oxide in what we eat plan will help us to avoid baldness. Poultry: Chicken and other forms of hen are meals which are very much full of aminoacids and also contains supplement B3, a vitamin that encourages better movement in the head. Whole grains: Foods like whole wheat breads and cereals contain supplement B7 which can help to avoid baldness and suppress the formation of gray locks. Thus we can conclude that baldness is stringently associate with our daily meals habit. If we follow them stringently in what we eat plan we can management our baldness at an regular interval.
