Another option for many is a special lotion that can be purchased for the purpose of protecting the skin from the ravages of chlorine when showering. This method however, does little to diminish the impact of breathing the vapors or their effect on your hair. You should also make every effort to keep your skin hydrated. Drink plenty of (non-chlorinated) water and use a high quality skin care products in addition to the filtration method you decide on for the best results and softest, youngest looking skin possible.
