Stickers being the most favorite tools for people of all professions and age groups are a treat to paste but often become a headache to remove. Almost all of us love to paste stickers and find it a fun-filled activity. The stickers which are usually made out of paper stock are more difficult to remove as compared to those made out of different stocks especially vinyl stock. The custom stickers being the friendliest and most appreciated tools of advertisement and marketing are printed in great quantities all over the world and are used by different companies as free giveaways among public, products labels, wall papers, auto customization tools and for many more countless purposes. The stickers are the kind of advertisement that never goes in vain but when they stick to a certain surface, we need to use different methods in order to get rid of them. This is the reason why businesses rely more on stickers as compared to other means of advertisement such as flyers, brochures, banners etc which are temporary and don’t last longer. There are different ways to remove stickers, however some of the effective ones are mentioned below: Use Water or a Potential Solvent You can make use of a solvent to remove stickers from a certain surface. It all depends on the type of stickers you are trying to remove. If they are nasty stickers, you will need to use a potential solvent such as thinner, spirit, petrol or even some special solvents which are available in the market for the removal of stickers and other nasty stains from hard surfaces. If your stickers are not very rigid and nasty, even water can do it. All you need to do is to pour water or the potential solvent on the sticker to make it wet and then scratch the surface gently with the help of a hard and flat object. It’s a very troublesome and time taking procedure but it really works most of the time. This is the common practice of all of us to remove stickers. Use Razor Blade If your sticker has not completely removed with the help of a solvent and has left residue on the surface, you can make use of a disposable razor and use its blade gently for removing your sticker. All you need to do is to pour some more solvent on the surface to make the nasty residue wet and then gently pass over the razor on the surface. This idea works for most of the stickers and residues that are difficult to remove. One thing you must keep in mind before doing this is to make use of a disposable razor not the safety razor otherwise you could scratch the surface with the blade. Most of the people love to paste car stickers but later find it difficult to remove them. They are recommended to but vinyl stickers instead of paper stickers for their cars which are easy to install and remove. Printingblue is one of the leading online printing companies offering the printing stickers including funny car stickers, wall stickers, windows stickers and all kinds of customized stickers.
