Examples of these are the name of the person, gender, race and date of birth. These details will be the basis for the search performed in a computerized criminal history record file that is available in Illinois State Police. The price for processing a non-fingerprint request form is $16.00 and $30.00 for checks that are not drawn on United States banks. Request form and the money or check should all be together remitted by mail. The processing of Criminal Records as well as the money or check in appropriate amount made should be sent through mail.
