Now we are going to tell what condos are. In simple words we can say that a condo is nothing but it is form of housing tenure and real property where a lot of people can live together. We can also say that it is a form of an apartment where people buy their separate rooms but use common facilities like hallways, heating system, elevators, exterior areas, parks, God prayer room etc. Also we can say that it is a type of small owned rooms opposed to rents. Condominium is the word which is legally used in US and most provinces of Canada. In different parts of the world there are different words are used for condominium. In India it is apartment, in Australia as strata title. Condominium word is more common in Canada’s larger cities. Features of Condos: - Condos are new way of living in spite of traditional living. In traditional living, at one piece of land only one family can live but in condominium there are multi level flat which are sold to different people and hence many family resides at one piece of land together. The main features of a condominium are as follows:- 1. Each condominium is fully wired so that even old age people can live easily. 2. Smoke detectors are present for safety so that no accident can take place. 3. It has a fully furnished and well settled kitchen in which there exists an exhaust fan, dishwashing, garbage disposal, and also a space for having dinner table. 4. Central air condition is its great feature. It has water protected Shield windows. There is also a water tank present and also each condominium has its own furnace. These days’ condos are in great demand in urban market and also they are booked before they are completed. Purchasing a condo is excellent choice for people. There are many reasons behind purchasing condos. These reasons are as follows:- 1:-Purchasing a condo is less expensive than that of a purchasing a similarly sized single family house. 2. It has 24 hours security, 24 hours power supply, 24 hours water supply, not to worry about cutting grass of open field. It has a play ground for children. 3. There is same tax as houses for homeowner. 4. Not any tension about changing the rented room and no tension about payment of rent. Also no tension about extending rent period. Thus we see that condo is different from a home and it has many advantages over a rented room. Buying a condo is totally different from buying a home. Buying condos is a great choice and it is for wonderful life style. It is most popular in urban areas. But before buying it we could be careful because it is not easy to buy it. There are many type of condos so before buying it we should care which type of condos is suitable for our family. What is need of our family?
