The vibrations also trigger increased activity by the lymph nodes by which your immune system becomes strong. The muscle stimulation increases blood flow which increases the amount of oxygen getting to your cells thus results in increased energy levels. It also helps in increasing production of growth hormones which helps in the repairing of damaged bones, muscles, and other tissues. The vibrations also increase the production of serotonin. It is the hormone that triggers feelings of happiness and wellbeing. The vibration plate also helps in increasing one's metabolism which results in burning of fat and calories by the body.
