Desire, Discipline, Dedication for his Business Empire To be successful there are no fixed patterns. The area where you can succeed depends upon your interests and skills. But let me tell you that just interests and skills doesn’t make one successful, you have to work on those interests and skills. Interests help you to have an idea and your skills convert those ideas in to reality. It doesn’t stop here, after your idea turns into reality you have to maintain it the same way. As we all know it is easy to say but difficult to do, but I can suggest things which will definitely aid you in this. You should have a desire in you, only then you could think of becoming successful. Unless there is desire to achieve it no matter how you do it the results will be always negative. So if you want to be successful you should a burning desire to achieve it. But alone desire wouldn’t get you there you should be dedicated to it day and night. You should always think about nurturing your desire, you should able to identify possible opportunities and act on it. It is only through dedication one can make sure that he is riding in the path to success. Sudhir Moravekar states that there was time when there were many hurdles on his path but he overcomes each hurdles thanks to his dedication of getting it done. No one can guarantee the time to achieve success, so you should never lose your heart and should be patient enough to try and achieve the target. Discipline is one such virtue which will surely help you to be patient. If you are not patient, you tend to lose your desire and dedication towards it. One should always set goals that is achievable and has to work towards it. Sudhir Moravekar waited for twenty years to taste success and his success his credited to Desire, dedication and discipline. He had the desire, he worked dedicatedly and he was discipline enough to wait for years to achieve the success. Now he is the chairman of Panoramic group and the group has companies like Panoramic Universal Limited and Pancard Clubs Limited. A guy from a poor family managed to achieve all his dreams just because he believed in himself, worked hard to achieve it and patiently waited for his ideas to grow. Sudhir Moravekar is not just one person who followed these principles; there are many entrepreneurs who have followed this. I can guarantee there are many others patiently waiting for their ideas to grow. The only thing you have to ask yourself is "Are you ready to take the risk?"
