There are many supplements available in the markets which are very useful in healthy bone formation. They also provide assistance to grow the child who is in embryo. It plays an important role in his bone formation and different body parts creation. Phosphorus is also used as food supplement but these are used in minimum quantity. There are also many other food supplements and about them many companies claim that they produce an increase in testosterone level. Fatty acids are also used as food supplements.
