There have been many cases where in there have been doubts about the creditability of really good business. It might be the short sight of the investors or over confidence of the presenter. No one wishes to invest their money in the ideas that they doubt would create any revenue. There could be only few people in the world that take such risk. Of it some strikes gold while others never repeat such mistakes. If you look at all the real events placed on the planet earth, you would come to know that majority of people who had great idea, never had cash with them but they made fortunes slowly and gradually. The Panoramic group currently manages more than 25 world class hotels across India, United States of America, New Zealand and Thailand. In India the company has its hotels and resorts in good tourist places like Kanha, Pench, Kaziranga, Goa, Thane, Pune, Alleppey, Mysore, Panvel, Malvan and Shirdi. The company, under the broad vision of Siddhartha Moravekar has recently acquired a condominium unit in Pattaya, Thailand. A popular tourist place, also known as the beach capital of Thailand attracts tons of visitors every year. A good decision from the older siblings as setting up Condos for rent in Thailand would surely attract many tourists, as it cheaper and affordable than staying in any lodges and resorts. Sudhir Moravekar would be really happy with this decision from his son. He is not only enjoying his dad’s wealth but he is multiplying it. Every dad would be proud of such a son. As Siddhartha is clinical in such business development one shouldn’t forget the younger son Dnyanaraj Moravekar. He has just stepped in to the business and already making his dad proud by actively participating in the business process. It would be just a matter of time before he starts maximizing the company’s profit and thereby satisfying shareholders. We shouldn’t forget the contribution of their mother, Viidyaa Moravekar, who has stood thick and thin with her husband and sons. She never complained when Sudhir Moravekar, mortgaged he ornaments for business. She had complete faith in him and we can only say that he did wonderfully well in his business.
