A leader must be influencing, that he must have a quality that he can influence others’ plan so that people can go with his direction. 6)Sixth, time management is very important. A leader must have to know the proper value of time that he can make his delivery within time. 7)Seventh, commitment is also another essential point. He has to be committed about his work and he cannot ignore his work and worker at any cost.8)Supportive, he must be a supportive person that is in any time like and crisis period also he has to support his workers and company.9)Dependable, a leader must have a personality on which people can depend because numbers of workers work in a company and if they don’t have a place to depend then they cannot work freely. These all are the important points on Team Building Exercises. In spite of these a leader must know the corporate culture so that he can know the proper culture of the company.
