The aforementioned two reasons are the biggest things that people think about when they are going to put their company’s names and documents through these two states. There seems to be no slowdown in the future as both states are pro-business and want small business to thrive, giving chances to just about anyone at a low rate and without so many hurdles that can cripple startups in other areas.
