As the doorman is distracted by your much-better-looking friend, you can slowly sneak passed him and go on in. My last method is actually kind of creepy. It means sacrificing one of your buddies so the rest of you can get in. Start a fight between your buddy and somebody else in line. While the two of them are going at it, the doorman will have to try and break them up. That gives you and your remaining friends the chance to slide in.
