I wanted to share my super model diet with you, which is something that I've been working on for years now. It focuses on the basics of our biology to help maximize fat loss and help achieve a tight firm body. The problem with a lot of women is that they've given up and accepted their body. They throw around the term "genetics" as to negate the fact that they've given up. You all can achieve a great body if you're willing to put the necessary effort into it.

Speeding Up The Metabolism

When it comes to burning the fat off your body and getting it toned and firm, your metabolism will play the biggest role. The problem is people follow a diet that doesn't stimulate the metabolism, so it goes artificially slow. By eating smaller meals more often you can stimulate the metabolism to burn at a much faster rate. This it the main point in the super model diet.

Knowing what to eat

Lastly, I think the super model diet would work best showing you the breakdown of foods rather than telling you what you can and cannot eat.

Protein is something is used to build and maintain lean body mass. This means vital orgins, muscles, ligaments, etc. It is important, so don't cut it out.

Carbs are used for your energy. If you're going to the gym or doing any activity, eat carbs before hand. If you eat carbs during a slow time(like before bed) it will be stored as fat.

Fat is for the internal workings of the body. It is best for the evening before you goto bed. I'm not going to list foods that you should be eating because in all seriousness, it isn't going to teach you. Knowing what rolls protein, carbs and fat play will help you determine what you should be eating while you're at home or even in a restaurant. That's how good the super model diet is. You should eat the same amount of protein with each meal. There is no reason to fluctuate with it. When it comes to carbs, it should follow your activities. That means in the morning you should have more carbs and before you goto the gym. The evenings before bed should have no carbs at all. Lastly, fat slows down your digestive system, so it is best used at slow times. Eat your fat in the evening.
