Post Natal depression is a common “issue” after delivering a child. Actually, if you look at it, the task to adjust to the changes a child brings in your life is quite challenging. This participative attitude will strengthen their relationship and comfort the wife too. • He can also think of taking a professional help if he finds his wife to be in “not so good state”. • He can always express his confidence, concern and appreciation in whatever the wife does to look after the child. Summary Postnatal Depression is a common occurrence with new mothers who want to offer the best to their child and yet find them to be insufficient for the same. It could be there perspective and it could also happen due to physiological changes.
