Auckland Carpet Steam'N Dry Perfect Carpet Cleaning Guide for Pet Wastes Concerns

Fashion & Cosmetics,Health,Home Improvement
Cleaning pet stains completely and successfully from fabric can be difficult, but it is worth the extra time it takes to do it correctly. Aside from making your home look and smell dirty, areas that have pet stains like feces will attract them back to the area where they will go again—and again—and again!

Of all pet stains, feces is probably the worst. However, using the appropriate products and methods, it can be completely removed.Learn tips for getting rid of pet stains, making your furniture, and carpeting look brand new.

Remedy of Removal

First, use something (spoon, spatula, or pooper-scooper) to gently scoop up as much of the feces as possible.

1. Mix of one-cup vinegar and two cups of warm water. 2. Soak the pet stain, allowing it to stand for about five minutes. 3. Using a clean, white rag or paper towels, blot up the moisture.

Repeat this process until the stain is completely gone. To remove any remaining odor, sprinkle baking soda on the spot, allow it to dry overnight, and then vacuum in the morning.

The above is the best home remedy for removing feces. However, if the stain is bad and not coming out, then you might consider using enzyme cleaners or call professional carpet cleaners

The steps below explain how to clean pet waste from carpets and upholstery:

1. If the waste is solid, pick it up. 2. If the waste is wet, spray with a product which solidifies the waste, and then pick it up. 3. Apply an enzyme cleaner to the area to remove any remaining odors and stains.

How Pet Enzyme Cleaners Work

As mentioned above, to clean both urine and dog-waste stains, it is highly recommended using an enzyme deodorizer. Pet waste and urine contain tremendous amounts of protein. Certain types of bacteria are attracted to this protein and consume it as food. The bacteria produce strong odors during the digestion process. To eliminate the smell, you must eliminate the protein. Enzyme cleaners contain live micro-organisms that work to consume the proteins. Eliminating the protein means eliminating the bacteria and, therefore, eliminating the smell.

Before I start cleaning wastes off the carpet I make sure I have all of the carpet cleaning supplies that I'll need. There is nothing worse than being in the middle of a poopy mess and realizing that you are missing something you need.

1. Latex gloves 2. Plastic bags 3. Dry paper towels 4. Moist paper towels 5. Plastic spoons 6. Carpet cleaner 7. Carpet shampooer 8. Vacuum cleaner

After the carpet has been completely cleaned and satisfied with the results, do a good vacuuming. All the scrubbing lifted dirt, and dust and it just looks better after it's been vacuumed. After all the work you put into cleaning the carpet, you may as well have it looking as good as you can
