Don't Be like Me When You Begin to Drink Oolong Tea - 7 Things Your Friends Need to Hear You Say

Health,Food & Beverages,Fitness
Hi, I'm David, a huge oolong tea fan. Here's my story.

3 years ago, I started to drink oolong tea. I drink it for an extremely simple (possibly a little silly) reason - its fragrance after brewed is so, so different from other teas I drink previously, e.g. green tea.

I had been a green tea hobbyist, drinking a lot each day. Eventually, one day I said to myself, "Gee, (I think)I'm bored", then I started drinking oolong. While I also drink green tea sometimes, oolong is actually my personal favorite at this moment.

Yup, you may ask why. As I described, I drink it just because I love its fragrance, and that's it, nothing less nothing more, downright beginner back then, but I was just excited about it.

Until my friend coming from Fujian (a southeast region of China, home of oolong tea) shared some facts with me, I began to notice that there seemed to be numerous knowledge that I didn't know at the very beginning.

After that conversation, I had been fascinated. Because I just loved the flavor and felt great immediately after drinking it, I made the choice to learn more about oolong. The more I figure out form web and Chinese books(I took Chinese Literature in college as an elective course, yet the traditional mandarin was still quite a job to me), the more I'm convinced that oolong tea is obviously an incredible leaf.

And regarding the aroma, just after your first sip, you will not ever fail to remember for the rest of your life. I promise.

I'm not certain my pal's family owns an oolong tea farm or something, but he seems to understand a heck of knowledge relevant to oolong tea, even now I still have a great deal to catch up.

He has a cousin who already immigrated to U.S. and opened a restaurant in Chinatown. Guess what his cousin would like to cater to complement the dishes? Yes, you're right, the Oolong Tea, for the health of digestion.

However, there exist a lot more amazing benefits you may want/need to learn right now in this article. I really hope you're not like me when you begin drinking, even though that's OK.

On this page, I identify 7 greatest things about oolong tea which are rarely told through those who are close to you. They are short, but it's just enough to get the picture of oolong tea benefits if you're fresh to this specific leaf.

I really hope it could be helpful to you. If you enjoy them, make sure tell your friends next time.
