Selling goods and marketing has changed. Now days’ it is more about customer care and branding than anything else. Stiff competition and worldwide capitalism has changed marketing. The goal though remains the same as ever i.e. earning money and increasing sales. Loyalty Programs are offered to attract customers and make them permanent customers.

Branding is the key to it all. Heart brands can’t be made in a day. Marketers spend years in trying to make their brand a heart brand. Such can also be achieved by introducing loyalty schemes for the usual customers.

Airline industry introduces more customer loyalty programs than any other industry. The competition is extremely tougher when it comes to airlines. They have to offer good rates to frequent travelers otherwise people will choose other airlines for travelling.

It happens so that all of us travel and people want to reach at their destinations on time. Airline and flight delays are usually because of bad weather, airport problems, strikes and other externalities. Airline timings and services are easily matched by other competitor airlines. The only field left to make a point of difference in the minds of the user is providing cheap travel rates.

In order to attain these rates one has to book well in advance or travel more frequently to earn miles. Air miles are transferred to customer and he or she can redeem the miles and enjoy a free flight every once in a while. Frequent travelers are offered loyalty cards and schemes. They can easily transfer their cards to someone else.

This in turn creates a heart brand and the customer remains loyal to the airline. In other ways he or she also induces people who are close to him or her to use the same airline for travelling. Therefore, a heart brand works in different ways attract all sorts of customers. The heart brand also induces relationship marketing which is pivotal for any organization.

Relationship or reference marketing or words of mouth is the most effective form of marketing which can only be effectively achieved by creating a heart brand. Shopping online Australia is a wonderful resource and is utilized to the fullest by the inhabitants down under. The online resources are plenty and to make a point of difference they offer hefty discounts to their loyal customers. Loyalty cards are made and frequent buyers are offered promotional schemes.

The stores also help the customer in many ways by offering leverage and long credit periods. They also offer home delivery facilities and one can order in lots and receive the groceries while watching a favorite game at home.
