The Seminyak Area : Travel Tips For Bali

Travel & Tourism
Due to its high density and up market boutique shopping, mixed with the clumps of fine-dining trattorias, Seminyak has speedily become one of the most well-recognized visitor precincts in Bali. As well as the vibrant commercial strips with popular dining conglomerates Seminyak is home to several bars, craft homes, independent furniture makers and antique shops. Seminyak has been labeled Bali's best destination and party spot in a few prominent mags. Land and accommodation costs are among the highest in Bali and lots of five star hotels and spas abound. The atmosphere of the area is most accurately described as relaxed refinement. Famous as the boutique shopping capital of Bali it's tricky to accept that as little as 10 years back this area was awash with rice fields and a ways from the top-flight visitor precinct it is today. The area from Kuta in the south to Legian & Seminyak in the north is very choked up with traffic with only 2 routes out of and into these coastal communities. Though there are a great number of taxis and transport options available, visitors are best suggested to go on foot. The beaches of Seminyak and Petitenget are traveller magnets with never-ending areas of sand in both directions, for as far as the eye can see. The beaches in the area are clearly quieter than those further south around Kuta and the sunsets are a must see during your stay. A considerable number of popular bars and trattorias like the internationally famous Ku De Ta are found here and supply glorious locations for a pre-dinner cocktail or ice-cold lager. Numerous spa and massage treatment facilities can be found in the area. The spa experiences are top of the range and offer sumptuous and complicated settings. Regardless of being costlier than other locations in Bali, you may still find these services to be far less expensive than you would pay in other places around the globe. The dining offered in this northerly beaches precinct is little short of top flight. If you should decide to spend money on only one special meal while in Bali then look no farther than the variety of fine dining options around Seminyak. Costs are high by Bali standards but still fantastic price when viewed on a global scale. The best eateries are always full in the evening so arrive early or make a booking. Petitenget is where the stylish ambiance of Seminyak continues to the north. The appearance of a bunch of classy places in the Petitenget precinct, including some of Bali's best cafes, implies that this area now functions as an extension to the trendy playground of south Bali. Canggu, another particularly fascinating area, is still home to massively spread rice fields despite its a convenient position to Seminyak and Petitenget. As the area continues growing, a bunch of luxury villas have started to appear on the landscape together with the famous Canggu Club.
