- Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon

- White spelt flour – 3 tbsp and 1 cup.
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon.
Process Preheat the oven to 350 degree. Bring the apple sauce to room temperature. Take a bowl and make a mixture by adding oil, coconut butter, coconut sugar apple sauce and Xylitol. All the ingredient should stirred continuously to avoid lump formation. Finally add some salt (to taste), vanilla essence, baking powder and baking soda. The entire batter should be blended with a blending machine till it gives a smooth appearance. Add some flour (1/2 cup) to the batter and continue stirring. Add the remaining flour and the chocolate chips in the batter. Make sure not do over do the batter. The batter must have a sticky feeling and concentrated. You will need a baking tray that can be used to bake the batter. Prior pouring the entire batter make sure to grease the container. Now pour the mixture over the baking tray.
